Permanent Constructive Thinking (GCP): Definition, Theses, Arguments and Comparative Analysis with 30 Authors
Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: GCP is a necessity for human life, just like water, air and food. This paper presents the definition of Permanent Constructive Thinking (GCP), formulated by Gheorghe Cornel Ardelean, founder of the LSM-GCP-F-F doctrine (Maximum Healthy Longevity – Permanent Constructive Thinking – Happiness – Family). Definition: "Permanent Constructive Thinking (GCP) is the activity of the brain, necessary for every person on the globe for as long as humanity exists, of receiving and processing external and internal information and of producing only constructive words, constructive ideas, constructive decisions, constructive actions, constructive activities, constructive reactions, constructive experiences and constructive emotions, which permanently prevents everything that causes harm and contributes to achieving the Maximum Healthy Longevity (LSM) and the Maximum Longevity (LM) of yourself and of others." 1. The definition is analysed component by component, word by word.2. The doctrinal theses of GCP are presented.3. The arguments supporting the definition and the theses are presented.4. A part of the benefits of GCP and a part of the negative effects that appear when GCP is missing are presented.5. The conceptions of 30 authors are presented: Aristotle, Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius, Immanuel Kant, John Dewey, Napoleon Hill, Abraham H. Maslow, Viktor E. Frankl, Dale Carnegie, Norman Vincent Peale, Hans Selye, Robert H. Ennis, Albert Ellis, Joseph Murphy, Edward de Bono, Aaron T. Beck, Albert Bandura, Aaron Antonovsky, Howard Gardner, Stephen R. Covey, Martin E. P. Seligman, Peter M. Senge, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, Daniel Goleman, Seymour Epstein, Barbara L. Fredrickson, Carol S. Dweck, Daniel Kahneman, Angela Duckworth.6. These conceptions are compared, as a whole, with GCP, showing what GCP has in addition to all of them: permanence, exclusivity ("only" constructive), the double beneficiary (yourself and others), the permanent prevention of everything that causes harm, a measurable result (maximum healthy lifespan, lifespan lived ill and maximum lifespan), universality and localisation as an activity of the brain.7. The conclusions show what GCP contains, a part of its benefits and a part of what it prevents in practice. The paper is available in English and Romanian (two files). GCP este o necesitate pentru viața omului, la fel ca apa, aerul și hrana.Lucrarea este disponibilă în engleză și în română.
