On Predicting the Effects of Parameters on Rheumatoid Arthritis Model Regulatory System Using Numerical Method
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: The study investigates the effects of parameters on rheumatoid arthritis regulatory system using MATLAB numerical method over time at time interval 0.1(10)290. It was discovered that from the initial condition, cells in the cartilage recorded 10,000 um whereas the B-cells recorded 300,000,000 having an impact of 99.99667 in terms of expected percentage effect quantification. Furthermore, when the time ranges from 10 minutes to 290 minutes, the cells in the cartilage decreases monotonically downward the table from a value of 9875 to 6375 for the time of 290 minutes whereas, the B-cells ranges from 300,000,000 when the time is 10 minutes increases monotonically downward the table to a converging value of 517,500,000 at 290 minutes with a very slight expected percentage rise that ranges from 99.9968 to 99.9988. Also recorded are the helper T cells and the regulatory cells population under observation at a time interval 0f 0.1(10)290 minutes. The helper T-cells recorded 35,000,000 whereas the regulatory cell population recorded 45,000,000 having a negative impact of expected percentage effect of 28.5714. Furthermore, when the time ranges from 10 minutes to 290 minutes, the cells in the helper T-cells increases monotonically downward the table from the value of 3,775,000 to 11,475,000 at the time of 290 minutes whereas, the regulatory T-cells ranges from 4,430,000 when the time is 10 minutes and decreases monotonically downward the table to a converging value of 3,275,000 with an expected percentage depletion that ranges from 17.35099 to 71.45969 quantification.
