Abstract: Caption swap and zone masking on the eighteen plates (supplementary Section S27 of the article; exploratory). frozen/ holds the protocol at its freeze commit, before any model ran on an edited plate. current/ holds the experiment directory at the built commit: the protocol with the deviation and result sections appended after the freeze, the scripts that build the edited plates with their records (every edited image is named by sha256), the harness that re-scores the plate columns of the archived similarity matrices of amendments 3, 5 and 9, the pipeline check, the analysis, the per-plate scores, the results and the run logs. The harness runs inside the code of those amendments, which travels in the earlier archives. No image, overview sheet or model weight is included.
