Abstract: Статья представляет собой ретроспективный анализ истории формирования российского парламентаризма в начале XX века и его возрождения на рубеже XX–XXI вв. Показательные аналогии общественно-политических процессов и преобразований в критические моменты российской истории отражают цивилизационный код нашего общества, способного в эпоху перемен консолидироваться во имя общенациональных целей и суверенитета России. Башкирия всегда была и остается важнейшим опорным регионом России на Южном Урале как в экономическом развитии, так и в общественной жизни. Государственная Дума современной России стала не только полноценным законодательным органом государства, но и современной, цивилизованной площадкой для дискуссий ведущих политических сил страны, представленных в парламенте наиболее авторитетными лидерами общественного мнения. The article presents a retrospective analysis of the history of the formation of Russian parliamentarism in the early 20th century and its revival at the turn of the 20th–21st centuries. The illustrative analogies of socio‑political processes and transformations at critical moments in Russian history reflect the civilizational code of our society, which is capable of consolidating in the era of change in the name of national goals and Russia’s sovereignty. Bashkiria has always been and remains Russia’s most important supporting region in the Southern Urals, both in terms of economic development and social life. The State Duma of modern Russia has become not only a full‑fledged legislative body of the state but also a modern, civilized platform for discussions among the country’s leading political forces, represented in parliament by the most authoritative leaders of public opinion.
