Abstract: Andrew's order (Base 44 console): [SELF-BUILD from enhancement #1275] Create breakthrough_cache table with bucket_id, payload, created_at. Add composite index (bucket_id, created_at DESC). In Python agent, compute bucket_id = floor(epoch/132)%240, check cache for last 5 min, else run heavy query and insert result. Add nightly VACUUM timer. MERLIN: Understood. I'll create the breakthrough_cache table with bucket_id, payload, and created_at, plus the composite index on (bucket_id, created_at DESC). The Python agent will compute bucket_id as floor(epoch/132)%240, check the last 5 minutes of cache, and only run the heavy query on a miss. I'll also schedule a nightly VACUUM timer for that table.
