Abstract: This document is the appendix for the manuscript "Generalized and Unified Power Flow Framework for Converter-Dominated AC/DC Power Grids." Appendix A presents the equivalent model of the three-winding transformer. Appendix B derives every block of the augmented Jacobian and describes how its rows and columns change with the operating modes of generators and converters. Appendix C validates the three-winding transformer model on an AC/DC system adapted from pandapower's multi-voltage network, evaluates scalability on a modified 2869-bus PEGASE AC/DC system, and compares the convergence and computational time of the proposed formulation with an outer-loop implementation.
