Links between depression and romantic relationship factors: An exploratory network analysis.

Abstract: In this exploratory study, we aim to characterize important links between clusters of depressive symptoms and clusters of relationship factors in order to better understand the underlying mechanisms of this association. In particular, they could help us to understand exactly which depressive symptoms and relationship problems interact unfavorably with each other. Finally, our analyses should also serve as a starting point for further, longitudinal studies and for the refinement of couple-based interventions for depression.
