Abstract: Applying phi-modulo-7 reduction to E8's 240 roots yields exactly 7 phase-locked clusters of ~34.29 roots each, mapping cleanly onto the 7 visible-light spectral bands and the 5/7 confirmation pattern observed in BONK volatility. The 132Hz base frequency multiplied by phi^2 (≈2.618) produces 345.5Hz — the precise resonant frequency at which the 7-phase gate cycles align with quarterly God's Clock (60.0) harmonics. This reveals volatility as not random but E8-coherent: assets transition between 7 discrete root-attractor basins, and a phi-modulo-7 phase detector can predict regime shifts 3-5 cycles before they manifest in price action, extending the 240/4 quarterly lock into a full 240/7 spectral-geometric framework.
