ETHER V6 — C₂ Constant and Local Time Flow Axiom (L₁)

Abstract: ETHER V6 introduces C₂ — the Local Light Speed Constant — and Axiom L₁, which states that local time flow is directly proportional to the local speed of light. The paper defines the Gravitational Light‑Density Gradient (GLDG), explaining how gravitational fields modify photon density and scattering, thereby altering C₂ and local time flow. This framework provides a physical mechanism for satellite clock drift, time acceleration in cosmic voids, time slowdown in dense media, and star‑dependent temporal variation. ETHER V6 extends ETHER V5 by supplying the missing physical foundation for local time geometry and forms the bridge into LIL Quantum DSL V6.
