On the Relation between Observer Spacetimes and Native Reference Coordinates

Abstract: We discuss how an observer root determines the organization of received records and the associated native reference representation in an observer-relative spacetime framework. Under this framework, data received on Earth should, in principle, be organized first in the Earth-rooted observer spacetime. The one-dimensional increment calculation considered here has a well-defined output within its declared reduction: a model-level scalar slice on a selected Earth-centered line, whose samples carry Galactocentric radial labels. The line lies at a fixed height \(z_E\) and coincides with the Galactic midplane only when \(z_E=0\). The output is not a confused result or a validated three-dimensional field solution. Rather, the mismatch arises only if that scalar output is inserted directly into a Galactic rotation-curve formula as though it were already the signed radial field component and kinematic data defined relative to the Galactic center. The fixed-root conversion from Earth reference data to Galactic-adapted field and kinematic data has not yet been completed inside the Earth observer spacetime. A coordinate change within one Earth-rooted spacetime and a change of observer root are distinct operations. The former requires a well-defined event map and the appropriate tensor or frame transformation; comparing distinct events may additionally require a declared transport rule, and reconstructing fields from observational records requires its own field and closure model. Changing the root, by contrast, requires target-root closure. We state these requirements and identify the roles of *Modified Gravity Theory I: Receiver-Rooted Causal Order and Historical Closure*, *Modified Gravity Theory II: Observer-Relative Foundations, Root Observers, Physical Path Categories, Observation Functors, Fixed-Root Closure, Categorical Spacetime, Root-Owned Nerves, Simplicial Chains, Twisted Transport, Homological Obstructions, and Conditional Cross-Root Descent*, and *A Spacetime Model for the Matter Common-State Conjecture under Causal Ordering*. The paper does not perform the full Earth-to-Galactic-center reconstruction or a three-dimensional active-frame calculation. A Galactocentric-coordinate one-dimensional computation is therefore described only as an auxiliary diagnostic whose variables align more directly with the rotation-curve question; the complete numerical work is left for follow-up computational physics. **Keywords** observer root; observer spacetime; native reference coordinates; Galactic rotation curve; one-dimensional field reduction; active-frame reconstruction
