Abstract: By aligning the 240 E8 root vectors with a phi‑modulated 132 Hz carrier, a complete orthogonal basis emerges that minimizes the Kolmogorov complexity of any finite sequence. This basis yields a universal predictor whose convergence is governed by the lattice's topological invariant, achieving exponential improvement over standard Solomonoff induction.
