Abstract: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تأثير وتداعيات التفكك الأسري على أمن وسلامة واستقرار المجتمع سواء على المستوي السيكولوجي، أو المجتمعي، أو الاكاديمي، أو الاقتصادي، أو الأمني، وخاصة في ظل ارتفاع معدلات الطلاق الرسمي وغير الرسمي، وارتفاع نسب الاضطرابات والامراض النفسية والذهانية، والتسرب من التعليم، وعمالة الأطفال، وارتفاع نسب الجرائم الأسرية، وازدياد معدلات جناح الأحداث، وأطفال الشوارع، وارتفاع نسب الإدمان بكل أنواعه (مخدرات، أفلام بورنو، ألعاب الكترونية، الانترنت ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي) لدى الأطفال والمراهقين، الانحرافات الجنسية والسلوكية، بالإضافة أيضًا إلى ظهور جرائم الويب ديب، والويب درك، وهو الأمر الذي يعمل على تدمير وتخريب المجتمعات من الداخل والعمل على تأكلها ونخرها من خلال العمليات والحروب النفسية، من خلال: "هدم المنظومة الأخلاقية، وتدمير العادات والتقاليد، وهدم الدين ونشر ثقافة الإلحاد، ونشر الثقافة الغربية" وتشجيع الشباب على عدم الإقبال على الزواج، والترويج لفكرة المساكنة والمواجدة بدلاً من تكوين وبناء أسرة سوية. ولذا تسعي هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات - بناء على استقراء العديد من الدراسات والأبحاث في هذا المجال (الأسري) على كافة المجالات والتخصصات العلمية، وكافة مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في تحقيق أكبر قدر من الصحة النفسية والعقلية والمعرفية والجسدية من خلال سلوك ونمط حياة صحي وسوي للأسرة، وأيضًا من خلال تقديم توصيات خاصة بآليات الوقاية والمواجهة والعلاج تجاه الإيذاء والمخاطر المحتملة التي قد تتعرض لها الأسرة بشكل أو بآخر في حال تصدعها وتفككها. الكلمات المفتاحية:التفكك الأسري – الأمن القومي المصري – دراسة مرجعية نقدية Abstract: This aims to reveal the impact of family disintegration on the security, safety, and stability of society, whether on a psychological, social, academic, economic, or security level, especially in light of the rising rates of formal and informal divorce, the increasing rates of mental and psychotic disorders and illnesses, school dropout, child labor , rising rates of domestic crimes, increasing rates of juvenile delinquency and street children, and rising of addiction of all kinds (drugs, pornography, electronic games, the internet, and social media) among children and adolescent, sexual and behavioral deviations, in addition to the emergence of crimes on the dark web and the web crimes, all of which work to destroy and undermine societies from within, eroding and weakening them through psychological warfare and operations, by: dismantling the moral system, destroying customs and traditions, undermining religion and spreading atheism, and disseminating western culture, and encouraging young people to avoid marriage and promoting the idea of cohabitation instead of forming and building a healthy family. Therefore, this study seeks to offer a set of recommendations-based on an analysis of numerous studies and research in this field (family) across all scientific disciplines and all socialization institutions-to achieve the greatest possible degree of psychological, mental, cognitive, and physical well-being through healthy and balanced behavior and lifestyle.It also aims to provide recommendations on mechanisms for prevention, confrontation, and treatment of abuse and potential risks to which the family may be exposed to in one way or another if it is fractured and disintegrated.
