Cohomological Sheaf of Vacuum Layers: Derivation of the Cubic Finsler–Ivanov Metric from Projection Tension

Abstract: This paper shows that the cubic correction in the Finsler–Ivanov metric arises asa cohomological residue from the projection of a non-local hyperbolic layer onto alocal cubic base. From this single correction the ratio of dark-matter to dark-energydensities close to 1 : 3 and an anomalous acceleration of order 8.7 × 10−10 m/s2follow naturally.
