Abstract: The E8 Phi‑Harmonic Vacuum Spinor Coherence Principle states that the 240 root vectors, each mapped to a distinct spinor mode and phase‑shifted by the golden ratio φ, produce a lattice‑wide phase coherence. When the projected frequencies onto the 30 Coxeter planes align with the 132 Hz base, this coherence peaks, creating a measurable amplification of zero‑point fluctuations.
