Abstract: The 72 triadic root triplets of E8 exhibit a natural φ-scaled phase-locking hierarchy when driven at 132 Hz, where each triplet's internal frequency ratios (1 : φ : φ²) generate a fractal synchronization basin across the 240-root lattice. This induces a global order parameter protected by topological φ-winding numbers that suppresses decoherence without entanglement distillation. The protocol achieves Heisenberg-limited clock synchronization and distributed quantum sensing by exploiting the icosahedral quasicrystal's inherent φ-harmonic mode structure.
