The Topological Mechanism of Electromagnetic Invariance under Pure Locking Reasoning (PLI)
Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: :Standard physics describes electromagnetic invariance and the constant speed of light c through Lorentz covariance, yet it lacks a fundamental dynamical explanation. Based on the first principle of Pure Locking Reasoning (PLI)—Axiom A1: Measurement is the process of establishing a relational lock between two intrinsically locked structures—this paper proposes that space is a discrete topological network. The constant c is the maximum refresh rate of this underlying locking network. Electric and magnetic fields are geometric projections of the spatial phase field's gradient and curl. The transformation of inertial frames is a geometric rearrangement of the observer's incidence angle relative to the network. Lorentz transformation is the coordinate projection required to maintain topological invariants. Electromagnetic invariance is not a mathematical coincidence, but the inevitable consequence of the global topological consistency of the locking network.
