Abstract: This monograph permanently notarizes and mathematically formalizes the author's two-sheet primary specification, "RTO P2.0 Section 4: Mathematical Design of QQS (Comfort of Evolution) and the Ultra-Low-Latency Physical Boundary" (「RTO P2.0 セクション4:QQS(進化の快適性)と超低遅延物理境界の数理設計」, Sheets 1–2). First, we formalize the paradigm shift in Real-Time Optimization (RTO P2.0) from legacy functional Quality of Service (QoS) to QQS (Quality of Service for Evolution), proving why high-order neural architectures processing non-numerical intuition and metaphor (autoregressive and diffusion-based inference) suffer severe output probability distribution divergence under microsecond-scale physical-layer clock and packet jitter. Second, we derive the strict physical-logical invariance boundary for synchronous multi-agent resonance: total closed-loop latency must satisfy T_total = T_phys + T_AI_inf < 0.5 ms (500 microseconds). Third, grounded in empirical hardware measurements, we prove how RTO P2.0 dynamic bandwidth and impedance control reduces the physical drive-layer current rise time (t_reach) by 21.74% (t_reach^RTO = 0.7826 * t_reach^legacy), minimizing physical transmission delay T_phys and maximizing the deterministic compute buffer allocated to high-order AI inference T_AI_inf. Fourth, formalizing Figure 3 and Annotations 1–3 (図3の注釈設計) of the manuscript, we prove how enforcing the < 0.5 ms QQS boundary and resonance protocol reduces the inter-agent decision conflict rate by 84% (from the 100% legacy baseline down to 16%), sustaining a cooperative negentropic (anti-entropy) state across distributed super-agent clusters anchored in our 64-bit Goldilocks prime field (Fp) QFS-zkVM and sub-100-ns Human-in-Command (HIC) hardware governance.
