Abstract: Code, frozen analysis plans, gene sets, result tables, glucocorticoid (GC) classification tools and figure scripts for the manuscript A Glucocorticoid-Like Imprint in Donor Control Hearts Can Confound Heart Failure Transcriptomics (submitted to JACC: Basic to Translational Science). Contents: frozen analysis plans (v1.2, v1.3) and gene modules; analysis code (in vitro GC reference meta-analysis, pre-specified tests, post hoc identifiability and revision analyses); a make-based reproducibility pipeline; Python/R functions to flag GC-responsive genes, compute a 3-gene GC score and check identifiability before adjustment; result tables; and scripts that regenerate all main figures from frozen input bundles. All primary data are public (GEO, Single Cell Portal, GTEx and the original publications); no count matrices or third-party clinical tables are redistributed (see PUBLIC_RELEASE_NOTES.md).
