Abstract: This article examines the essence and importance of economic growth, as well as the key factors influencing the development of Uzbekistan's economy. Particular attention is paid to different types of economic growth, methods of measuring economic growth, and major theoretical models. The study analyzes contemporary trends in the country's economic development in the context of current legislative initiatives and strategic reforms. Furthermore, it provides recommendations for ensuring sustainable economic growth, taking into account national characteristics and economic policy priorities.
