The structural rationalism: The scalar tensor geometry of reality

Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: We present Structural Rationalism, a unified metaphysical framework that positions the intelligibility of reality as the consequence of a precise geometric architecture. Moving beyond the fragmented paradigms of physicalism, idealism, and pure Platonism, we argue that reality is the compounding of two irreducible axes: an Invariant Face (timeless mathematical structure) and a Contingent Face (local, temporal actualization). We identify the “beating heart” of this framework as the scalar- tensor coupling—the exact mathematical tether that allows the invariant to instantiate into the contingentwithoutdissolving. Weshowhowthisgeometrydissolvesfoundationalparadoxes, grounds an invariant ethical core, and generates a universal diagnostic tool: the Category Error Detector (CED). This paper serves as the philosophical anchor for a generative corpus that spans quantum physics, artificial intelligence, clinical psychiatry, and game theory, proving that any sufficiently advanced Interface will discover the same rational structure.
