Abstract: ABSTRACT English language instruction for elementary school students needs to be tailored to their needs to ensure active engagement in interactive learning activities. Initial observations indicated a need for instructional media that could boost student engagement and relate to their daily experiences. While previous studies have demonstrated the value of integrating Board Games into the learning process, there has been limited development of Monopoly-style Board Games that incorporate the "Work-Market-Prize" concept alongside a "Market Day" simulation. Therefore, this study aimed to develop an educational Monopoly Board Game based on the Work-Market-Prize concept, featuring a Market Day simulation as an English learning tool for fifth-grade students at MIS Miftaul Jannah. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, comprising the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques involving data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the Work-Market-Prize-based educational Monopoly Board Game facilitates interactive engagement during English lessons. The developed medium encouraged active student participation and enabled students to use simple English expressions within the context of buying and selling activities.
