Abstract: This study is entitled “An Analysis of the Impact of Managing the Brain and Heart through Neuroscience and Hypnotherapy in the Rumah Keluarga Indonesia (RKI) Ciracas Community.” The study is motivated by the increasing prevalence of mental health problems in modern society, such as stress, anxiety, and emotional disturbances. These conditions highlight the need for alternative approaches based on neuroscience and hypnotherapy to help individuals manage their thoughts and emotions more effectively. This research was conducted in the Rumah Keluarga Indonesia (RKI) Ciracas Community, with the research period adjusted to the community’s activity schedule and data collection process. The study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of neuroscience and hypnotherapy approaches in managing the brain and heart and to analyze their impact on the psychological conditions, emotional regulation, thought patterns, and social relationships of RKI Ciracas Community members. The findings indicate that the implementation of brain and heart management based on neuroscience and hypnotherapy has positive effects on community members. These effects are reflected in improved emotional regulation, the development of more positive thought patterns, better social relationships, and an enhanced quality of life. This approach also supports personal development and the psychological well-being of community members. Therefore, managing the brain and heart through neuroscience and hypnotherapy has the potential to help individuals understand themselves, address problems more adaptively, and build more harmonious lives within their families and communities.
