Abstract: Leadership Theories in AI-Driven Higher Education This graduate-level teaching resource examines how transformational, servant, inclusive, and leader-member exchange (LMX) leadership theories can be applied to institutional decisions involving generative AI in higher education. The course addresses AI governance, academic integrity, privacy, equitable access, accountability, and institutional leadership through case analysis, research evaluation, and strategy development.
