Abstract: Project Description The Agentic AI-Based Online Shopping Assistant is an intelligent system designed to help users find, compare, and select suitable products from online marketplaces. It uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to understand user queries, identify shopping preferences, and divide complex shopping requests into smaller tasks. The system retrieves product information through authorized APIs and available data sources, applies filtering and ranking techniques, and uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to generate recommendations supported by relevant product information. It aims to simplify the online shopping process by providing personalized product comparisons and clear explanations. The proposed system also considers data accuracy, privacy, security, and user control during purchase-related activities.
