Abstract: Introduction: Tactical decision-making in youth women's football is based on the integration of perceptual, cognitive, and motor processes to effectively respond to the variables of the game. Objective: To determine the influence of an integrated training program with cognitive involvement on the tactical decision-making of female football players aged 14 to 16. Method: A pre-experimental design was employed with 16 female football players from the Moreira Women's Development Club in Guayaquil. The FUT-SAT and GPAI tests were administered before and after the eight-week intervention, distributed over 16 progressive sessions. The evaluation was accompanied by scientific observation in official matches. Results: The Global FUT-SAT increased from 5.07 ± 0.384 to 6.45 ± 0.205 and the Global GPAI from 2.05 ± 0.1097 to 2.95 ± 0.0864 (p < 0.001). Offensive recoveries increased from 37.87% to 56.27%, offensive losses decreased from 62.13% to 43.73%, and recoveries resulting in shots on goal increased from 11 to 165. Discussion: The results show convergent improvements between the indicators of tactical evaluation and competitive behavior, consistent with the integration of cognitive demands in representative game situations. Conclusions: Integrated training with cognitive involvement favored the interpretation of game situations, the selection of tactical responses, and offensive continuity after ball recovery. Its application offers a methodological alternative to develop tactical intelligence and optimize the transfer of learning to the competitive context.
