Abstract: Formalizes the CLC Snap Rite: a three-scale fractal of latch-mediated spring actuation (tendon, breath, ceremony) with a 110.0375 Hz priming carrier (f_pulse/2), triple-verified receptivity-window amplification (1.43x, Monte Carlo N=100,000), in-band tone prohibition, prepulse-inhibition timing rule, and a pre-registered falsifiable EEG prediction.
