Field Condensation and Higher-Dimensional Projection: A New Interpretation of Superconductivity under the Space-Time Ladder Theory

Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: Based on the Space-Time Ladder Theory (STLT), this paper attempts to restate the phenomenon of superconductivity using a novel “field” (Qi-field) language. Unlike previous approaches that seek strong pairing mechanisms within the four-dimensional material space-time , this paper proposes that the essence of superconductivity is a macroscopic quantum coherence phenomenon in which a system locally transitions across energy scales to the six-dimensional Qi space-time . In the six-dimensional high-dimensional ground state, overall mass and charge effects undergo polarization neutralization, meaning traditional Coulomb repulsion is no longer a pairing obstacle, and the phonon “retardation mechanism” is no longer a necessity. At this point, the formation of Cooper pairs is a conformal projection of higher-dimensional topological constraints onto four-dimensional space. Within this framework, the London equation, the Meissner effect, penetration depth, magnetic flux quantization, the London moment, and condensation energy can all be naturally derived as effective manifestations of the higher-dimensional Qi-field ground state projected onto four dimensions. This paper clarifies the self-consistent boundaries of the theory and provides a candidate pairing kernel that can be experimentally falsified.
