Abstract: Exploratory computational analysis of publicly available glioblastoma gene-expression and clinical data. The study examines associations between recorded survival duration and gene-expression patterns using gene-level correlation analysis and preranked Gene Ontology Biological Process pathway enrichment. The findings are exploratory and do not establish causal relationships or a validated survival predictor. This manuscript has not yet undergone peer review.
