Abstract: The paper reviews the literature on the nervous structures of the liver in various pathological conditions and presents the results of the authors' own research. The livers of 20 sexually mature dogs were taken for the study. Modeling of cholestasis syndrome was carried out by ligation of the common bile duct in animals. The results of the study showed that the adrenergic and cholinergic nervous structures of the liver in dogs with cholestasis are marked by varicose dilatations, uneven distribution of mediators, uneven fluorescence of nerve fibers and other destructive changes in nerve elements.
