Abstract: Since 2017, the dominant sequence modeling architecture in artificial intelligence has been the Euclidean Transformer, driven by scaled scalar dot-product attention $\text{Softmax}(QK^T/\sqrt{d_k})V$. By late 2026, however, the unquotiented Euclidean paradigm has collided with four fundamental walls across the AI value chain: (1) \textbf{Scalar Projection Collapse}, where multi-dimensional relational subspaces are crushed into ambiguous 1D inner products that fabricate ``superposition'' shadows; (2) \textbf{Quadratic Softmax Dilution vs.\ Fixed-Lag Degradation}, where dense $\mathcal{O}(L^2)$ attention washes out long-range dependencies across $10^6$-token contexts, while first-generation $\mathcal{O}(L)$ Causal Grassmann Flows on $\text{Gr}(2,r)$ suffer a $22.6\%$ validation perplexity gap due to rigid positional offsets; (3) \textbf{The $n = 16,384$ Riemannian Kernel Wall and the 20--50 MW Power Crisis}, where frontier training runs consume $\$100\text{M}+$ and 20--50 MW of electricity because naive orthogonal optimization on $\text{Gr}(k,n)$ requires $\mathcal{O}(n^3)$ singular value decompositions that stall GPU tensor cores at hidden dimension $n = 16,384$; and (4) \textbf{The 1--2\% Hallucination and 78\% Negative-ROI Ceiling}, where unconstrained coordinate updates overwrite safety alignment, suffer catastrophic forgetting, lose $5\text{--}10\times$ per consumer user in inference costs, require $10\text{--}30\text{s}$ of serial Chain-of-Thought (CoT), and leave $78\%$ of enterprise deployments with negative or unclear return on investment. In this unified three-part work, we propose a complete architectural replacement for the Euclidean Transformer: the \textbf{Flag-Flow Transformer}, operating natively on the \textbf{Partial Flag Variety} $\mathcal{F}(k_1, \dots, k_d; n) \cong O(n) / \prod_{j=1}^{d+1} O(m_j)$ and its $\mathbb{Z}_2$-graded extension, the \textbf{Super-Grassmannian} $\text{Gr}(r|s, m|n)$.\begin{itemize}[leftmargin=1.5em, topsep=2pt, itemsep=2pt] \item \textbf{Part I (Sections 1--3):} We introduce \textbf{Schubert-Routed Pl\"{u}cker Flag Attention}, replacing scalar dot products $\mathbf{q}_t^T \mathbf{k}_s$ with exterior Pl\"{u}cker blades $\Lambda_{t,s} = \mathbf{z}_t \wedge \mathbf{z}_s \in \mathbb{P}(\bigwedge^2 \mathbb{R}^r)$ routed dynamically across nested flag increments $W_1 \oplus \dots \oplus W_d$ whenever the minimum principal angle vanishes ($\sin\theta_1(U_t, U_s) \to 0$), closing the $22.6\%$ Grassmann flow gap at $\mathcal{O}(L)$ complexity. We pair this with \textbf{Matrix-Free Cholesky-QR and Newton--Schulz Stiefel Tangent Kernels} that execute in $\mathcal{O}(n k_d^2)$ SRAM FLOPs ($k_d \ll n$), eliminating $\mathcal{O}(n^3)$ SVDs at $n = 16,384$ and cutting training energy consumption by $\ge 50\%$. \item \textbf{Part II (Sections 4--5):} We introduce the \textbf{Truncated Super-Grassmannian MLP Layer}, evaluating the \textbf{Berezinian Schur Complement} $A_{\bar{0}\bar{0}} - \Theta_{\bar{0}\bar{1}} D_{\bar{1}\bar{1}}^{-1} \Psi_{\bar{1}\bar{0}}$ to cancel dense ($>30\%$) feature collisions via \textbf{Parisi--Sourlas dimensional reduction} while conserving the \textbf{Supertrace} ($\text{sdim} = r - s$). We derive \textbf{Orthogonal Quotient-Block Flag LoRA} ($W_{d+1} \subset V_d^\perp \cap V_{\text{safe}}^\perp$) and the \textbf{Oblique Transverse Projector} $P_{V_{\text{target}} \parallel V_{\text{working}}}$ to guarantee zero catastrophic forgetting and zero safety erosion, and introduce \textbf{Autopoietic Pl\"{u}cker-Residual Crucibles} to break the 60--70\% synthetic pre-training Data Wall. \item \textbf{Part III (Sections 6--10):} We combine \textbf{Asymmetric Flag Routing ($8\text{B in}/16\text{B out}$)}, \textbf{Quotient Flag Truncation ($V_2$)}, and \textbf{Parallel Coarse-to-Fine Flag Denoising} ($>1,000\text{ tok/s}$) to achieve $<500\text{ms}$ reasoning without serial 1D CoT. Finally, we eradicate the 1--2\% hallucination floor and the 80\% enterprise workflow failure rate via \textbf{Quadratic Grassmann--Pl\"{u}cker Syzygy Certificates} ($\mathcal{S}_{I,J}(\Delta) = 0$), \textbf{Binet--Cauchy Cross-Modal Verification}, the \textbf{$\mathcal{J}_{\text{risk}}$ Stop-and-Ask Gate}, and leak-proof \textbf{Stratified Flag Distance ($d_{\mathcal{F}}$)}.
