Abstract: This article covers the diagnosis, treatment and preventive measures for ascaridiosis in chickens caused by Ascaridia galli, a pathogen found in poultry. The life cycle of the parasite, the routes by which birds become infected, the sites of parasitism and the reproductive processes of the pathogens are described.
