Neutron Star Mechanism for Ultra High Energy Neutrinos: Centrifugal Equatorial Confinement and Relativistic Pion-Soup Superradiance

Abstract: We present a theoretical framework accounting for the generation of isolated ultrahigh-energy (UHE) PeV-scale cosmic neutrinos via relativistic neutron star magnetospheres.Operating near the crust-breaking rotation limit (Ω ≥ 700 Hz), centrifugal forces confinean extreme baryon plasma into a dense equatorial current sheet. Magnetic reconnectiondrives hard hadronic collisions, generating a transient neutral pion population evaluated asnπ0 ≈ 1026 cm−3 from kinetic rate equations. Relativistic time dilation (γ ∼ 106) stabilizesthese mesons, permitting stimulated emission (α ≥ 102 cm−1) along a frame-draggedgeodesic path to form a mirrorless gamma-ray laser precursor. Upon intersecting magneticgradients near the frame-dragging-modified Light Cylinder (B ≈ Bcrit), this photon needleundergoes loop-level strong-field quantum electrodynamic (SF-QED) electroweak conversion(γ → ν¯ν) via virtual lepton exchange and neutral weak currents. We derive the master kineticequations, finite optical depths, and predicted differential fluxes, providing a physicalmodel for transient, single-event PeV neutrino detections.
