Abstract: This document presents the official Version 1.0 of the Ethical and Technical Charter for the IJRAP Labs project. Developed by Kossivi Edem Adze (IJRAP Media, Togo), this framework outlines the core principles of the open-source media verification software. It defines how cryptographic protocols (SHA-256) ensure absolute, mathematically verifiable truth for legal hearings and press audits, while strictly enforcing 'Privacy by Design' and data minimization to protect individual privacy.
