Abstract: This article systematically analyzes the clinical manifestations, environmental sporulation periods of oocysts, and seasonal prevalence dynamics of rabbit eimeriosis, a pathology causing severe economic damage to intensive rabbit farming, based on a comprehensive literature review. The endogenic and exogenic phases in the life cycles of Eimeria species (E. magna, E. media, E. perforans, E. irresidua) are characterized. The comparative efficacy of classical and modified coprological flotation methods (Fülleborn, Darling, Brez) utilized in diagnostic practices is evaluated.
