Abstract: This document constitutes the pre-registration technical whitepaper and Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) for the "Prim-Lex Medicine Four-Specialty Validation Plan." Prim-Lex Medicine is structured around the core architecture of "Fivefold Prim-Fire—Five-Element Computation—Eight-Dimensional States—Nine-Nexus Guidance." The present validation plan focuses exclusively on the only tier directly relevant to clinical questions—the Animal-Life Prim-Fire—operationalizing it into two routinely accessible candidate modules (Fire and Wood). It tests their incremental predictive value across four disease settings.
