Abstract: The Hillsboro site sits within an established industrial park and currently offers about 14,000 square feet of data hall space along with 4.5 megawatts of power on site, with opportunities to expand capacity. Such existing infrastructure plays an important role in US data center projects, as operators look to increase capacity while navigating power constraints and limited new supply.
