Penguatan Pencegahan Perundungan melalui Literasi Sosial-Emosional dan Pelaporan Digital

Abstract: Bullying continues to threaten students' sense of safety at school. Prevention efforts often lack uniform procedures, safe reporting channels, and orderly case records. This school-based community service program aimed to improve participants' understanding of bullying prevention and strengthen reporting governance. It involved 52 participants appointed by LP Ma’arif to represent 38 educational institutions. Activities included needs mapping, awareness sessions, social-emotional literacy training, introduction and field testing of SIRASA (Sistem Rahasia Suara Siswa), and a review of procedures. SIRASA allows reporters to choose anonymity or provide their identity. Participants' understanding was measured with a pretest and posttest and analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test and N-Gain. School governance was assessed descriptively through five indicators. The mean score increased from 79.27 to 91.92 (p < 0.001), with an N-Gain of 0.59 in the moderate category. Schools began drafting standard operating procedures, using digital reporting, recording cases more systematically, clarifying team roles, and monitoring follow-up actions. Because validity and reliability evidence for the instrument is unavailable, scores are interpreted as an internal learning evaluation. Further evaluation is needed to measure system use and its impact on students.
