Type: article
Abstract: In this paper, I present a fully developed learning experience that intends to engage preservice teachers in role-play scenarios and in-class discussions to assess the effectiveness of strategies to address behavior problems at the elementary school level. The learning experience is intended for in-person instruction and integrates various instructional strategies and gamification features. The context, stakeholders, methods of design, and design failures are delineated.
