Abstract: : Obesity is a pandemic. Bariatric surgery is always non-anatomic and non-physiological surgical technique, and bariatric surgery is really an iatrogenic disease . Cancer cachexia shows a master program of efficient weight loss. This hypothesis proposes the double-sided weapon of a Carcinomatous Maestro model: the malignant tumor secretome (cancer cell derived humoral mediators and secretions) has a SAFE slimming couplet (ZAG/LMF causing WAT browning via beta3-UCP1) and a LETHAL couplet (PIF causing muscle proteolysis). We call to isolate and mimic only the SAFE couplet using recombinant ZAG or selective beta3-agonists to achieve physiological fat loss without muscle wasting. GLOBAL CALL: I call upon all medical institutions worldwide to stop mutilating healthy organs and start learning from cancer to cure obesity.
