Cybernetic Thermodynamic Economy (cte): a Model of General Equivalent Exchange and Principles of Monetary Degradation Liquidation
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: This paper explores the fundamental flaw of the modern fiat-credit financial system—the inevitable loss of monetary entropy (redefined as the rate of real purchasing power degradation and capital immobilization) and the draining of liquidity from the real economy to speculative financial loops ("idle circulation"). The authors prove that inflation is a compulsory compensatory mechanism for the "credit paradox" and monopoly pricing. The CTE (Cybernetic Thermodynamic Economy) Model is introduced, featuring the "Green" (GRN) digital currency pegged strictly to 1 kWh of electrical energy. Protected by a State Monopoly on Foreign Trade and an algorithmic balancing gateway named the "Disco-Bulbulyator", this model mathematically eliminates domestic inflation within a single country by turning the economy into a closed thermodynamic system driven solely by scientific and technological efficiency.
