Abstract: We hypothesized a hierarchy of Sox homeobox factors whose relative position and control capacity was developmentally restricted but context dependent. We demonstrate here using adenoviral over-expression in human dermal fibroblasts and RNA-sequencing specific control of Sox13 by Sox9.
