Abstract: We establish an unconstrained, self-consistent continuum field theory proving that threedimensional solenoidal vorton dipoles and their discrete superpositions serve as the fundamental organizing mechanism across classical turbulence, biophysical mass transport, quantum superfluids, magnetohydrodynamics, nonlinear vacuum electrodynamics, gravitational reconnection, and cosmological spacetime.
