Research on tunnel control survey and accuracy estimation of penetration error for the ZWZQ-7 section of Zhengwan high-speed railway
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: The magnitude of the penetration error is critical in determining whether a high-speed railway tunnel project can effectively break through as per the project's predictions. Controlling the lateral penetration error is essential in managing the overall penetration error. Estimating the accuracy of the penetration error based on control measurement results and conducting penetration measurements after evaluation are effective measures to ensure the quality of tunnel projects. Taking the first-level risk tunnel of Luojiashan in the ZWZQ-7 section of Zhengwan High-speed Rail as an example, this paper explores methods for laying out control points outside and inside the tunnel based on measurement specifications, aiming at controlling the penetration error limit. It also discusses data processing techniques using different software and estimating tunnel penetration error accuracy based on control measurement results.
