Abstract: For nearly a century, the fine-structure constant (α ≈ 1/137) has stood as the greatest unexplained mystery in physics. Feynman called it "a magic number," and Pauli was so haunted by it that he died in hospital room 137. This paper presents the definitive mathematical solution. We establish the foundational 7D G2 Topological Dynamics (ETD), rigorously derive the exact geometric value of 137 without any approximations or circular reasoning (using exact G-flux stabilization), and prove that 137 is the geometric fingerprint of the 7th dimension.
