Abstract: A specification of a class of theories, with negative results reported for the entire class, not for a single point in parameter space. Includes frozen-q dark-energy recomputation (w0 approx -0.70, wa approx -0.12), conditional DESI no-go, SPARC constant-alpha shape failure, screening sign problem, and open derivations in roadmap order. This is NOT V3; V3 will be the fixed formalism when it comes.
