Abstract: This study aims to develop an interactive gamification-based learning medium named PolaTrack for number patterns for eighth-grade junior high school students and to test its feasibility and practicality. The development model used is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The test subjects were 20 eighth-grade students from MTs Annur Al Huda Ngawonggo, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through expert validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and a posttest. The PolaTrack medium was designed as a digital game with four progressive tracks containing 20 number pattern questions of increasing difficulty, equipped with gamification mechanisms such as a point system, three lives, a time limit, immediate feedback, and a leaderboard. Validation results from media experts, content experts, and practicing teachers yielded percentages of 93.18%, 91.07%, and 90.38%, respectively, with an overall average of 91.54%, categorized as “Highly Valid.” The student response questionnaire yielded a percentage of 84.64%, categorized as “Practical.” The posttest results showed an average score of 72 with a classical mastery rate of 55%. This study concludes that the PolaTrack medium meets the criteria for being suitable and practical for use as an alternative learning medium for number patterns in junior high school, although its use needs to be integrated with teacher guidance for more optimal learning outcomes.
