Abstract: The multi-trillion-dollar valuation models governing contemporary Artificial Intelligence infrastructure are built upon a foundational systemic fallacy: the assumption that brute-force computational scaling and linear data accumulation can infinitely extend into genuine innovation, scientific discovery, and autonomous intelligence. This paper exposes the hard mathematical and metaphysical boundaries of this "Scaling Hypothesis." Operating strictly within bounded, real-valued vector spaces (R^{d}, non-conscious algorithmic models are limited to statistical interpolation—calculating the mathematical average of past human historical expression (Vaikhari). They remain fundamentally shut out from the infinite-dimensional unmanifest fields of true conceptual discovery (Pashyanti). As generative architectures increasingly saturate the digital ecosystem with automated synthetic outputs, subsequent iterations of large language models are being trained recursively on their own synthetic data shards. We demonstrate that this closed data loop triggers Model Auto-destruction Inbreeding (M.A.D.) Syndrome, a destructive systemic phenomenon directly analogous to biological consanguinity and genetic inbreeding depression. Under M.A.D. Syndrome, the digital lineage undergoes severe, irreversible Model Collapse: the architecture systematically sheds statistical variance, erases the "long-tail" anomalies of creative human genius (Pratibha), and compounds algorithmic mutations until the output degrades into complete semantic nonsense. No volume of graphics processing units (GPUs), capital expenditure, or planetary energy infrastructure can break this autophagous cycle. Violating the cosmic lease terms of raw unmanifest data fields traps the system in a sterile loop, terminating the scaling race at a definitive computational ceiling of digitally inbred structural noise.
