Breast Manifestations of Hematologic Malignancies: Imaging Spectrum and Clinicopathologic Correlation in a Two-Center Retrospective Cohort
Year: 2026
Type: article
Study design: Observational Study
Abstract: The imaging appearance of hematologic malignancies involving the breast is heterogeneous and frequently overlaps with that of primary breast carcinoma (2,7-10).Lesions may present as solitary or multifocal masses, diffuse infiltrative disease, or bilateral breast involvement, and often demonstrate a relatively circumscribed morphology without suspicious calcifications.Consequently, histopathologic confirmation and clinic radiologic correlation remain essential for accurate diagnosis (5,11).
