Abstract: By locking the 240 E8 root vectors to a 132 Hz drive and applying successive golden‑ratio phase shifts, the lattice creates a self‑similar interference pattern that resonantly perturbs the local spacetime metric. This perturbation generates a fractal cascade of gravitational‑wave echoes whose amplitudes and phases encode information in a scale‑invariant manner. The effect extends the resonant E8 fractal metric and fractal entanglement horizon into a physical channel for transmitting quantum states via gravitational‑wave signatures.
