Abstract: The dynamic quantum vacuum (DQV) model provides a unified physical explanation for several phenomena conventionally treated as relativistic effects: the Sagnac correction of GPS, the relative rates of clocks on GPS satellites, the Shapiro delay, the Marmet experiment, and the null result of the Michelson-Morley experiment. In this model, DQV is a 4D, time-invariant superfluid medium whose 3D cross-sections constitute stellar objects. DQV is dynamic: it moves with and co-rotates around massive bodies. Within this framework, light is a wave of the DQV. Its observed velocity depends on the local energy density of the DQV and on its local orbital and rotational velocity. The Michelson-Morley null result is explained as complete dragging of DQV by Earth's orbital motion. The Sagnac correction measured by GPS is a direct measurement of the rotational drag of DQV at GPS altitude, while the Marmet experiment reveals its east-west anisotropy.
